By creating an account on Avya Derm, you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be understood, not to confuse you.
1. What Avya Derm is
Avya Derm is a talent introduction platform. We help skin and hair professionals in India discover relevant job openings and share their profile with clinics they choose to apply to.
We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, employer of record, or financial intermediary. We introduce — nothing more.
2. Who can use this platform
Avya Derm is for skin and hair professionals based in India — trichologists, cosmetologists, skin therapists, laser technicians, dermatology assistants, aesthetic nurses, and related roles.
You must be 18 or older to register.
3. Your responsibilities as a candidate
- The information you provide — name, mobile, profession, experience, city — must be accurate and current.
- You are responsible for updating your profile if your circumstances change.
- You must not register on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.
4. What happens when you apply
When you tap "Apply Now" and confirm the preview, Avya Derm sends your profile by email to the clinic's contact address, with you copied. The clinic receives your name, profession, experience, city, salary expectation, phone, and email.
By applying, you consent to that specific clinic receiving your profile for that specific role. This consent does not extend to other roles or other clinics.
5. What Avya Derm is not responsible for
Avya Derm's role ends at introduction. We are not responsible for:
- Whether a clinic responds, interviews, or hires you
- Salary negotiations, offer terms, joining dates, or employment contracts
- Any financial arrangement between you and a clinic
- Conduct of any clinic or candidate after introduction
- Job descriptions or salary ranges posted by clinics — these are provided by clinics and not verified by us
6. Clinic obligations
Clinics that receive candidate profiles via Avya Derm agree not to use those profiles for roles other than the one the candidate applied to, and not to pass profiles to third parties without the candidate's consent.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time — see our opt-out page. We may deactivate or remove accounts that contain false information, abuse the platform, or violate these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Avya Derm name, design, and content are owned by GamaQ. Your profile content belongs to you. By using the platform, you grant Avya Derm a limited licence to display and share your profile with clinics you apply to.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Avya Derm's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
11. Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email at least 7 days before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
