Delete my data

You have the right to have your account and all personal data permanently deleted. Here is exactly how to do it — no forms, no waiting on hold.

Three steps

Send an email

Email us at privacy@avyaderm.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the mobile number or email address registered on your account so we can identify it.

We confirm within 72 hours

We will reply to confirm we have received your request and verify your identity. This is to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

Deletion completed within 15 days

Your account, profile, conversation answers, and application history will be permanently deleted. We will send a confirmation email when done.
